Overview of email routing in Cloudflare, for using Gitlab Service Desk as Support

Routing email in Cloudflare

The Service Desk email is already setup and verified in Cloudflare. Currently support@noozroom.com routes to devteam@mightydigital.com. Once we are ready, that routing can be switched to Service desk. This is for inbound emails, if anyone emails support@noozroom.com directly, this way it will stil go into Service Desk. Go to the Cloudflare Email Routing tab and edit the custom address. The Service Desk email is in a toggle menu right there.

Custom email config in Service Desk

This requires SMTP login. Not sure if this is my SendGrid login or something else. This allows outbound emails from Service Desk to use support@noozroom.com email address. Needs testing.

This is to customize the formatting of emails sent from Service Desk. Needs testing.
